The Krakow International Print Triennial will be open from 14 september until 30 october.

Idea-Process-Message, the motto of this year’s event, serves to trigger reflection on the place and role of printmaking within the realities of the contemporary world. Graphic art is active. Graphic art is vital.

The main exhibition of MTG Krakow 2012, launches a cycle of extensive international exhibitions which will be seen in Poland, Germany, Austria, Sweden and Turkey.

The exhibitions of most moment in the MTG Krakow programme are the International Print Triennial Krakow 2012, the Grand Prix of Young Polish Print; Witold Skulic and Joanna Piech; Prints, Grand Prix of MTG Krakow 2009; Graphic Art and Education, an exhibition of works from Poland’s arts schools; Contemporary Japanese Woodcuts and LETTRA Kraków 2012, sign and letter.

LETTRA will take place in the spaces of the Jagiellonian Library. The exhibition will showcase prints and artistic books by 52 artists, a number representing the number of signs in the Latin alphabet. The letter or the sign will be the main inspiration for artists participating in the exhibition. The aim is to present a wide array of possibilities of using them, and the specific attitudes to the subject depending on the artist’s cultural background. During the exhibition there will be meetings with graphic artists, typographers, distributors of paper, polygraphers, bibliophiles.

I was invited to be part of this exhibition with my series of work "Conversación".

The Biennial International Miniature Print Exhibition (BIMPE) is held every two years in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This exhibition is a showcase for small scale works measuring no more than 15cm × 10cm, and is open to images made using all printmaking techniques from traditional line etching to contemporary digital processes.

The exhibition starts at Dundarave Print Workshop in Vancouver. During january will be held at The Society of Northern Alberta Print Artists in Edmonton, and during february at The University of British Columbia, Kelowna, BC.

 Around 210 artist were selected. Amongst them, my work.

7th International Art Graphic Triennial Bitola 2012 was open at Art Institute and Museum of Bitola, Macedonia, under the theme "Oceans and constellations" and "Life in the mirror".

This is a competition with more than 20 years experience in traditional and digital printmaking techniques. This edition will exhibit works from 300 artists from 65 countries. A catalog with works of 550 artists was published in order to be presented in art centers around the world. I was selected to be part of this catalog.

The 6th International printmaking Biennial of Douro in Portugal was open.

There will be running several exhibitions in many cities until september. I took part in the collective show of Milpedras workshop at the Library of Alijó.

The International Biennial Print Exhibition 2012 ROC was open on the Taiwan National Museum of Fine Arts.

This Biennial was established 3 decades ago with the mission to promote international cultural exchange between East and West through traditional printmaking techniques.

This year, 201 artists from 37 different countries were selected. Amongst them, one of my works.

The show will be open until september.
