Payment
I accept payments via the secure platform PayPal. You need to have a PayPal account.
Depending on your country and bank, I might accept bank transfer orders, but please contact me before placing your order.
Shipping
Shipments are made within 2 to 5 working days after placing the order. If any delay occur, I will communicate immediately by email with you.
Shipments are made via LaPoste mail from France with a tracking number.
Any extra charges as duties or taxes upon arrival at the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.
Deliveries in Europe could take 4 to 8 working days. To USA-Canada: 10 days-2 weeks. America, Australia and Asia consider around 3-4 weeks (times are approximate). To Latin America consider 5 weeks.
Packaging
Every work will be carefully protected and packaged.
Works of small size (up to 50cm x 40cm) and those that can not be rolled, will be sent flat and protected with tissue paper between foam cardboard, covered in plastic and placed on a bubble wrap envelope or cardboard box. Larger works will be sent very well protected with tissue paper rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
If you need a handwritten gift note inside the package, please let me know. I can do this with no extra charge.
It is necessary to note that when receiving a rolled work, you should removed it carefully from the tube as soon as possible and lay it flat until it recovers is shape.
Variations
There may be slight variations in color due to the computer monitor type in which you see the work. In the case of hand made prints whose print run is greater than 1, it is natural to notice some kind of difference, as they are hand pulled printed.

Returns and exchanges
I will refund the price of the work due to loss or severe damage of shipments (through PayPal) but before doing that, I can offer you to send it again or change it for another piece of similar price. I am sorry but I can not accept returns for color variations or change of mind.
If you feel truly dissatisfied with the work, please contact me to resolve the issue in the best possible way within 48 hours after receiving the package. I will do my best to solve it out instantly.
In the exceptional case that a work must be returned, it has to be in the exact conditions under which it was sent (including packaging) with proof of dispatch with a tracking number. I can not make a refund if the work has spots, wrinkles or other damage. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Other
Works on paper are very sensitive to humidity and light, so I recommend storing them flat in a dry environment and/or always display them away from a direct sun light exposure.
When framing is very important that the glass does not touch the work. I recommend going to a professional framer who know how to handle this type of work made on paper.
