How to Buy
All work marked with the word “buy” (within the technical details) is available for sale. In the shopping cart you will see all the details of the purchase.
The purchase is completed securely through Paypal.
If you would like to pay in any other way, do not hesitate to contact me.
Shipments are made within 72 hours of purchase. If any delay occur, I will communicate by email with the buyer.
The shipping price will vary depending only on the size of the work.
If you buy more than one work, the higher price of shipping will be charged.
Shipments are made via certified mail with a tracking number.
Any extra charges as duties or taxes upon arrival at the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.
The works of small size (up to 30cm x 30cm) and those that can not be rolled, will be sent flat and protected with tissue paper between cardboard. Larger works will be sent protected with tissue paper and rolled in a cardboard tube.
It is necessary to note that when receiving a rolled work, you should removed it carefully from the tube as soon as possible and lay it flat.
The certificate of authenticity will be attached with each work.
There may be slight variations in color due to the computer monitor type in which you see the work. In the case of prints whose print run is greater than 1, it is natural to notice some kind of difference, as they are hand pulled printed.
For more detailed information about the colors and papers, as well as extra photographs, do not hesitate to contact me before purchase.
Returns and exchanges
I will refund the price of the work due to loss or damage of shipments (with the respective certified notice from the mail of the loss or damage to the package) through PayPal. I do not accept returns for color variations or change of mind.
If you feel truly dissatisfied with the work, please contact me to resolve the issue in the best possible way within 72 hours after receiving the package.
If work must be returned, it has to be in the exact conditions under which it was sent (including packaging) with proof of dispatch with a tracking number. I can not make a refund if the work has spots, wrinkles or other damage. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Works on paper are very sensitive to humidity and light, so I recommend storing them flat in a dry environment and/or display them away from a direct sun light exposure. When framing is very important that the glass does not touch the work. I recommend going to a professional framer who know how to handle this type of work.
